In just a few steps you can easily reach the very center of Baska, grocery stores, restaurants, Caffe bars, taxi boats, church, bus station, and is 35 km away from Krk airport. The entire area is suitable for hiking, trekking, and cycling... And all of these facilities without any disturbing noise! Tricky? Not at all, give it a try! ;)))

Pleasantly seaside 3***-star furnished one-bedroom apartment for 2 adults (not suitable for children), 46 m2, with a unique relaxing view, situated in an attractive, safe, and calm location of Rijeka named Pecine.
Parking is free and open type along the entire street, and on the street below the building, It is not possible to reserve a free space, just use your best parking skill;D)). Please pay attention to road signs to avoid unnecessary costs due to improper parking.
Each staircase from the lower street leads to the upper road near the building.
The apartment is located in a building of 6 floors with an elevator., on the last, 6th floor.
It consists of one bedroom, kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. Free public parking along the street, free Wi-Fi, A/C (cooling/heating located directly opposite to the bedroom door at a 4m distance to cool/heat the entire space or without the bedroom, by preference), ceiling fan in bedroom, satellite LCD TV, Bluetooth USB/AUX/HDMI/optical TV surround system, fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas/electric stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), washing machine, common terrace for drying clothes.
Surrounded by the sea, islands, and mountains, Rijeka is offering a full experience in all seasons.
As located halfway to the center (walking distance 15 min) and a series of six beaches in only a few steps, including also 10 minutes walking distance from the shopping center Tower Center Rijeka, it combines all your wishes and needs in the palm of your hand.
The proximity to the city center and the highway (Rijeka Istok) makes it an ideal destination for business guests. Transportation services in the vicinity offer free and relaxed movements and connections with other attractive destinations. You can easily reach the islands of Krk and Cres.
The grocery store is reachable in 50m, the bus stop in 50m, and only 2 stations away from the center (the main bus station is 2,5 km). The main train station is reachable in 3 km, and Krk airport in 25 km.
Well, what else to say? Beaches, shopping center, makeup, depilation, face treatment, pedicure, manicure in 50m distance... hmmm...

A newly renovated cute and beautiful fully equipped Studio-apartment in Rijeka for 2 adults (not suitable for children), situated right above the city center itself, on one of the hills named Kozala, in a healthy, quiet environment, is ready to say “I’m really happy to meet you”, my dear guests!
I believe you’ll find yourself totally enjoying the perfect view from the bed in the morning, from the balcony during coffee time, by every step you make, as it’s a tiny but one of the cutest accommodations with sooooo much to offer…
The apartment is located on the 10th floor and offers a beautiful view towards the east part of the city, the Trsat castle, and the blue sea, of course...
The town center with its coffee bars, restaurants, and everything one city offers is reachable by foot in 1 km.
The Sablicevo beach (one of the 6 beaches in a row) is about 4 km away.
The entire zone around the building is a free parking zone. As the apartment is situated uphill, going downhill by foot to the center is very easy and comfortable, but returning home uphill, maybe sometimes it's not the case. You may take advantage of the proximity to the city center by choosing to rent the Bolt electric scooters... check on the Bolt app where are located and enjoy the city in a funny way...
Fully equipped Studio-apartment with kitchenette, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, toast/grill, fridge/freezer, A/C, and a flat android TV, a double bed (140x200 cm in size). The entire space is 22m2 in size, with a beautiful balcony. As a Studio-Apartment, the kitchen and bed//living/dining room are connected. There is a separate beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture. The entire space is A/C covered with a cooling/heating system and a ceiling fan in addition according to personal preferences.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Inquiries and reservations are accepted via our website (e-mail or contact form). In order for the reservation to become valid, it is necessary to make a payment of the amount agreed upon by the user with the landlord. Payment can be made ONLINE/by credit card or by bank transfer.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Deposit in case of possible damage in the amount of €200 must be paid in advance/upon arrival. The paid amount serves as coverage/compensation in rare cases of damage/estrangement of the property or belongings in it, as well as unexpectedly necessary additional cleaning caused by the guest's negligence during the stay.
The paid amount will be refunded within 48 hours after departure, after checking that there is no additional damage or costs to the property and that the guests have left the property in the same condition.
Without a security deposit paid in advance, we will proceed according to our CANCELLATION POLICY in case of no-show listed below.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
We will send you the link to a secure server with our offer. After entering the requested information, you will see a payment confirmation on your screen, followed by our email confirming receipt of payment with all the necessary arrival details.
The final invoice will be sent to you electronically immediately after check-in.
The offer is valid for 24 hours. In case of missing payment within 24 hours of the request, the guest will be considered to have canceled the reservation, the offer will become invalid, and the requested period will automatically be free in the calendar and ready for further reservations.
The reservation is valid only after full payment. In case of agreed partial payments, the remaining amount of the reservation must be paid at least 60 days before arrival. If the guest does not pay the remaining amount within the agreed period, the reservation will be considered to be completely canceled and we will proceed according to the CANCELLATION POLICY.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 100% refund of the total amount paid up to 60 days before arrival.
- 50% refund of the total amount paid up to 30 days before arrival.
- Initial deposits of 50% without final total payment are non-refundable. The voucher is valid for 2 years (accommodation prices are subject to change).
CHECK-IN: 16:00-21:00, CHECK-OUT: 00:00-10:00
In case of late arrival, the guest is obliged to inform the owner. In case of non-arrival until the agreed time without prior notice, we reserve the right to follow the instructions of the CANCELLATION POLICY and keep the paid amount, assuming that the reservation is canceled. The dates in the calendar will be free for future reservations.
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE APARTMENT BEFORE THE APPOINTED TIME, as this makes it difficult for us to prepare and clean. You will be informed about everything in time.
You can use the free parking space (if it is offered by the selected apartment) as soon as you receive the keys to the apartment.
PRECAUTIONS
Please read our profile details and the detailed apartment description carefully to make sure you have chosen the right accommodation for your needs, before the 60-day free cancellation period expires and to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

We undertake to ensure the protection of our guests' data in such a way that we only collect basic data about our guests that is necessary for filling our obligations.
All user data is strictly kept and is available only to those employees who need the data to perform their work. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of confidentiality protection.
