I ACCEPT the Terms of service and conditions. 

Inquiries and reservations are accepted through our website and offers/payment links invitations. For the reservation to become valid, the guest has to make a payment of the agreed amount within 24 hours. Payment can be made ONLINE by credit card, or through bank transfer using bank details.


Security damage deposit amounting to 200€ has to be paid before/upon arrival. The paid amount serves as a coverage/reimbursement in the rare event our place or belongings are damaged, missing items, or unexpected cleaning is caused by guests during their stay. 

The paid amount will be refunded within 48 hours after departure after verifying there's no extra damage caused to the property and that guests left the apartment in the same condition.

Without the security damage deposit paid in advance, we'll act according to our Cancellation policy in case of a no-show stated below.


We will send you the link to a secure server with our offer, where you may choose to make payment by credit card, entering your credit card details, or through bank transfer, using the bank details. After entering the data, you will see a confirmation on your screen and receive our confirmation email with all the details regarding arrival. 

The final invoice will be issued at check-in. 

In case of missing payments within 24 hours after the request, the guest will be considered to have canceled the reservation, the offer will become invalid, and the requested period will automatically be free on the calendar and ready for further requests. 

The reservation is valid only after payment of the full amount. In case of agreed partial payments, the balance of the reservation must be paid at least 60 days before arrival. If the guest does not pay the balance within the agreed period, the reservation will be considered cancelled in full and we will act according to the terms of CANCELATION POLICY.


  • 100% refund of total paid amount up to 60 days before arrival. 
  • 50% refund of total paid amount up to 30 days before arrival. 
  • Initial deposits of 50% without final payment are non-refundable. Voucher will be valid 2 years (accommodation price changes may apply).

CHECK-IN: 16:00-22:00, CHECK-OUT: until 10:00

In case of late arrival, the guest is obliged to inform the owner to make a possible arrangement. In case of a no-show till the agreed time without notice, we reserve the right to follow the instructions of CANCELATION POLICY and retain the paid amount, being free to assume that the reservation has been canceled and release the dates in the calendar for future bookings. 

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE APARTMENT BEFORE THE AGREED CHECK-IN TIME as this will make it difficult for us to prepare and clean. 

A free parking place (if offered, depending on the availability of the chosen apartment) can be used as soon as you receive the keys to the apartment.  


Please read our profile details and apartment description carefully to be sure you chose well and according to your needs, before the free cancellation policy of 60 days expires to avoid unnecessary inconveniences.

We ask you gently to carefully read the instructions with all the details you received in our welcome message before your arrival and to stick to the agreed check-in/check-out time. 

For any questions related to the arrival, we will contact you and inform you in time. You will be notified at the moment the apartment is ready for you, we are doing our best to prepare it as soon as possible and to meet all your needs.
